Compared to the rest of the world, North America is doing the most to combat climate change

North America is leading the charge in enacting policies to combat climate change.

CDP, a nonprofit focusing on building sustainable economies, released an "A List" report detailing the top cities around the world that are taking action on climate change. Out of 600 cities surveyed, only 43 received an "A," over half of which were in North America.
